Account Solutions Architect, Engaged (AI)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States. Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status, eligibility for access without export authorization, or eligibility and reasonable likelihood of obtaining the required authorization.

Salary: $182,000–$242,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the named technical partner for existing customers across infrastructure, models, Weave, observability, and inference.
• Drive platform adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and help customers scale AI workloads in production.
• Design and deploy production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
• Build technical demonstrations and proofs of concept to address customer problems.
• Partner with Account Managers, Specialist Field Engineers, Support, Product, Engineering, and customer teams.
• Represent customer needs internally, surface product feedback, and proactively resolve technical blockers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, AI-oriented solutions consulting, or technical field engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLM architectures.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of AI cloud infrastructure, including GPU compute, high-performance networking, and storage.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for engineering and executive audiences.
• Must meet applicable U.S. export-control access requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with PyTorch, vLLM, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience using Slurm or Kubernetes for ML job orchestration.
• Experience with hyperparameter optimization and experiment tracking tools.
• Background in ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps.
• Familiarity with high-performance GPU infrastructure such as NVIDIA H100/H200/B200, InfiniBand, and parallel file systems.
