Rotational Associates Program

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $145,000–$200,000 annual base salary, plus variable year-end compensation.

What you will do

• Rotate through three departments over a 12-month program.
• Collaborate on challenging projects that influence investment and operational decisions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities on the Global Macro desk.
• Assess the technology and market landscape for surgical robotics.
• Research potential new businesses, including an options market-making operation.
• Develop capabilities in financial modeling, project management, and quantitative and qualitative research with coaching from experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any academic field.
• Accomplished, creative critical thinking and a highly analytical mindset.
• Interest in finance and willingness to learn and take on a new challenge.
• Previous finance knowledge or experience is not required.
