Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Intern (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, tool installation, hardware modification, and repair for wafer fabrication equipment.
• Monitor inline process control charts, identify abnormalities early, and improve process performance measurement techniques.
• Standardize process recovery procedures and improve consistency across equipment.
• Optimize production moves, qualify new processes, and reduce chemical and qualification wafer costs.
• Participate in quality improvement and cross-functional projects.
• Lead an improvement project from planning through execution and present the results.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Available for a 16–24 week credit-bearing internship commencing in January 2027.
• Must perform work safely and comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.
