AI Content Operations Specialist

Location: Galway, Ireland. Hybrid role requiring work onsite at least 50% of the time, including at least three days per week in the Galway office.

What you will do

• Create presentations, written guides, learning materials, internal communications, visual assets, and other content for Sales, partners, onboarding, and internal teams.
• Use AI tools for drafting, outlining, summarizing, and creating content variations, then review and refine outputs for accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency.
• Own the content lifecycle from intake and creation through delivery, maintenance, updates, and continuous improvement.
• Organize content libraries and hubs so teams can quickly find current and relevant materials.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts across Sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, and Leadership while managing feedback and multiple requests.
• Improve content workflows, request processes, prioritization, delivery, and measurement through AI-driven initiatives and lightweight operating processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content development, sales enablement, instructional design, marketing, or a related field in a high-growth environment.
• Experience creating commercial assets such as plays, battlecards, presentations, or e-learning programs.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong visual and content design skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Practical experience applying AI tools to improve content speed, quality, and scalability.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
