What you will do
- Design, build, and improve AI agents, automations, and workflows for content creation, adaptation, approval, and distribution.
- Review, edit, and publish content across social media, paid advertising, blogs, websites, GEO, email, video, and executive, internal, and external communications.
- Operate the AI-powered content engine and develop reusable prompts, templates, knowledge bases, and content frameworks.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns with Brand, Design, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, PR, and Regional Marketing teams.
- Repurpose and personalize content for different channels, formats, audiences, and regions while maintaining editorial quality and governance.
- Measure content and workflow performance, evaluate AI tools, and improve productivity and output quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign marketing, editing, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Professional experience using generative AI tools and building AI workflows, automations, agents, or repeatable content production systems.
- Excellent writing, editing, and editorial judgement across multiple formats and audiences.
- Strong understanding of campaign development, cross-channel content delivery, SEO, GEO, and content performance.
- Experience communicating with senior executives and translating complex ideas into clear communications.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, collaboration, and systems-thinking skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, AI platforms, or marketing technology.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
