Project Manager, Development (Data Center)

What you will do

• Lead project management activities from initial development stages through data center completion.
• Coordinate permitting, utilities, due diligence, engineering, incentives, tax, legal, sales, and construction enablement workflows.
• Manage multiple projects, milestones, dependencies, meetings, and cross-functional communications.
• Maintain project documentation, document control, dashboards, portfolio rollups, and monthly executive reporting.
• Build and govern project boards, templates, permissions, timelines, Gantt views, baselines, and critical-path tracking.
• Identify risks and dependencies, escalate issues, and support senior and executive presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the built industry managing projects valued above $500 million.
• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, architecture, planning, or project management preferred.
• Experience working with civil, environmental, survey, and permitting consultants, engineering firms, and general contractors.
• Experience with large-scale data center or complex building projects preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting dashboards.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, analytical, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
