Senior Facilities Project Leader

Location: Irving, Texas, USA; onsite five days per week. Travel of up to 50% domestically and internationally is required. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year.

What you will do

• Lead planning, design, construction, and occupancy for large-scale facilities capital projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent office, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing support, and workplace transformation projects, including investments exceeding $10 million in construction value.
• Establish project scope, budgets, schedules, execution strategies, governance frameworks, and project controls.
• Manage consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and external service providers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present business cases, project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders while aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Support capital planning, portfolio management, continuous improvement, safety, quality, sustainability, compliance, and financial stewardship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, or construction engineering.
• At least 10 years of relevant facilities engineering, construction, or project management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale facilities, construction, corporate real estate, infrastructure, or capital projects.
• Strong capabilities in planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, project controls, and construction administration.
• Experience managing stakeholders and influencing decisions in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to work onsite in Irving, Texas, five days per week and travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or Professional Engineer or Architecture licensure.
• Experience with CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, or similar project management consulting organizations.
• Experience supporting Fortune 100 companies or large multinational organizations.
• International project experience and a civil, mechanical, construction, or architectural engineering background.
