PMO Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

What you will do

• Partner with Pre-Construction and Construction leadership to coordinate priorities, constraints, upcoming work, and cross-functional needs.
• Turn complex initiatives into structured workstreams with tasks, milestones, owners, dependencies, and decision points.
• Maintain project visibility through PMO systems, reporting processes, execution tracking, and leadership updates.
• Coordinate dependencies across Site Development, Operations, Technology, EHS, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and external partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, clarify ownership, track decisions and actions, and drive resolution of blockers and risks.
• Support prioritization, sequencing, capacity planning, resourcing discussions, and consistent application of PMO standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, construction, infrastructure, engineering, development, or a related environment.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple departments, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of pre-construction and construction processes, including dependencies, sequencing, terminology, and business impacts.
• Ability to structure ambiguous initiatives, facilitate cross-functional teams, and create accountability without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience with Jira or similar project and work management platforms; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
