What you will do

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand customer problems and explore solution approaches.
• Design and evolve UX and UI elements as digital products mature and scale.
• Create prototypes and conduct usability and guerrilla testing.
• Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design decisions.
• Contribute to design standards, patterns, and the broader design culture.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of product design experience in a B2C environment.
• Working knowledge of Figma and component libraries or design systems.
• Understanding of technical constraints, digital platform design, and responsive web design principles.
• Customer-focused approach based on interviews, usability testing, and quantitative data.
• Interest in customer growth, engagement, UX, design innovation, and continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Experience designing consumer-facing products through design and release iterations.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and technologies in UX and design.
