Director of Analytics (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, or New York, New York; employees are expected to work in the office five days a week.

Salary: $215,000–$260,000 base salary per year, plus potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Define and lead the company-wide analytics strategy, including measurement frameworks, reporting standards, experimentation practices, and decision intelligence.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of product analysts.
• Define and monitor product KPIs such as activation, engagement, retention, funnel performance, and lifetime value.
• Lead analyses of user behavior, feature adoption, and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and experimentation design, to evaluate product initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, Engineering, User Research, and Data Engineering on roadmaps, metric definitions, data models, semantic layers, and governed reporting.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or quantitative analytics, ideally in fintech or consumer technology.
• 3–5+ years of experience leading analytics teams.
• Master’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL and strong Python or similar analytical programming skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with product metrics, experimentation, growth analytics, AWS, Snowflake, and dbt.
