AI Software Engineer

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products and features.
• Develop AI agents and workflow automations using modern large language models.
• Integrate APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other AI platforms.
• Build and maintain reliable backend services supporting AI applications.
• Optimize prompts, retrieval systems, tool calling, and agent performance.
• Evaluate new AI technologies, prototype ideas, and improve AI systems in production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience building applications with LLMs and integrating AI APIs.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus modern backend frameworks and REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, independent working, and communication skills; English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous agents, MCP servers, function calling, or multi-agent systems.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI applications at scale.
• Familiarity with fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, reinforcement learning, or open-source AI contributions.
