Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Design and execute manual and automated tests for complex software products, features, integrations, and system changes.
• Develop and refine test strategies, plans, standards, procedures, and comprehensive quality documentation.
• Analyze test results, defect patterns, and system behavior; identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with development, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
• Lead or technically guide complex software testing and automation workstreams.
• Expand and maintain automated test coverage and participate in Agile activities including planning, estimation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant professional software quality assurance experience with strong hands-on test automation expertise.
• Experience designing automated tests, developing test strategies, analyzing requirements, documenting results, and driving defect resolution.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally on complex systems.
• Working knowledge of functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

Nice to have

• Experience writing Gherkin test scenarios.
• Experience with SmartBear TestComplete.
• Experience developing test automation frameworks and scripts using Python-based testing tools and libraries.
