Sr. Imaging & Computer Vision Architect

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite attendance five days per week

What you will do

• Define imaging, ISP, video, and computer vision architectures for future SoC platforms.
• Develop architecture specifications, power and performance models, system flows, and use-case definitions.
• Drive camera image quality and imaging pipeline strategy.
• Evaluate and integrate internal and external imaging, video, and AI IP.
• Define APIs, hardware abstraction layers, and imaging frameworks with software teams.
• Collaborate with FPGA, design, verification, physical design, and product teams through implementation and customer engagements.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in imaging, ISP, video, computer vision, AI accelerator, or related architecture.
• Experience creating architecture specifications for complex SoCs or hardware platforms.
• Expertise in one or more of ISP, camera systems, computer vision, video encoding/decoding, neural network acceleration, or embedded AI.
• Experience delivering products from concept through silicon validation and understanding low-power mobile, wearable, or IoT systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

• MS or PhD.
• Advanced process node experience.
• Team leadership or technical leadership experience.
