Desktop and Security Administrator

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States; on-site

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, negotiable based on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support to all personnel.
• Manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices, including procurement, configuration, deployment, patching, monitoring, inventory, and secure disposal.
• Implement endpoint technical controls aligned with security policies and regulatory standards.
• Configure and support Single Sign-On integrations across third-party applications.
• Assist with security audits, remediation efforts, and security initiatives.
• Partner with Network Engineering on office network projects and firewall security policy coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support and endpoint administration.
• Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong experience with Mobile Device Management platforms and endpoint policies.
• Experience managing Identity and Access Management platforms and Endpoint Detection and Response solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, VPN, hardware, peripherals, and SaaS application access.
• Knowledge of device asset lifecycle management, inventory controls, security tools, networking concepts, and firewall policies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SIEM, Privileged Access Management, and server EDR tools.
• Knowledge of Linux-based desktop environments.
• Experience supporting office network projects.
