PMHNP Residency Program - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid, with in-person work at the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania clinic up to 3 days per week as needed; 12 of 40 weekly hours must be scheduled after 4 pm ET on weekdays or during weekends.

Salary: $100,000–$112,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Create personalized treatment plans, including medication management and other appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists and other healthcare professionals on integrated patient care.
• Provide education and consultation to patients and their families.
• Manage diagnostic testing, including digital and laboratory results.
• Maintain confidential, HIPAA-compliant records and participate in weekly clinical and supervisory meetings.

Requirements

• National certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program with a PMHNP or Nurse Practitioner focus.
• Graduated within approximately the last 12 months or have less than one year of PMHNP work experience.
• Active PMHNP license and DEA registration in Pennsylvania, or a clear path to obtain them before the residency begins.
• Availability for 12 weekly hours after 4 pm ET on weekdays or at any time on weekends.
• Flexibility to work in person at the Pittsburgh clinic up to 3 days per week as needed.
