New Verticals Manager (AI)

Location: New York City or Toronto; in-person work required 4–5 days per week

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD/CAD for Manager; $200,000–$250,000 USD/CAD for Senior Manager, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and launch new products and market opportunities from zero to one.
• Conduct feasibility analyses, market research, and competitive assessments.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies covering segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launches.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, marketing, sales, and senior leadership.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and success metrics.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to optimize product strategy.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles.
• Experience in high-growth technology startups or established technology companies.
• Proven success leading new product launches or entering new markets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Autonomous, ownership-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
