Thought Leadership Associate – External Communications (Finance)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $135,000–$185,000 annual base salary, plus variable year-end bonus

What you will do

• Manage drafting and review processes for white papers, speaking engagements, presentations, and short-form communications.
• Collaborate with investment research, technology, Investor Relations, Media Communications, and Legal & Compliance stakeholders.
• Develop and implement projects supporting content sourcing, amplification initiatives, and communications infrastructure.
• Build relationships across the firm to identify and execute new thought-leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Two to five years of experience requiring strong analytical, research, written communication, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and rigorously analyze a range of problems.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to proactively drive projects and work with colleagues across disciplines and seniority levels.

Nice to have

• Academic or professional experience in finance, economics, statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
