GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany — 2 days in the office and 3 days remote

hirify.global is building an AI platform for the real estate industry to improve investment and construction decisions.

What you will do

• Source signals from news, public records, and company announcements, then process and integrate them into the CRM.
• Build scoring and enrichment systems for retention risk, account health, and lead prioritization.
• Process transcripts, tickets, emails, scraped articles, and other unstructured data to identify actionable signals.
• Develop Python scripts, LLM pipelines, RAG workflows, vector database solutions, and custom API integrations.
• Extend n8n and Make workflows where no-code tools are insufficient.
• Own the revenue infrastructure end to end, including data flows, enrichment logic, integrations, and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Strong Python skills for building scripts, pipelines, and integrations from scratch.
• Practical experience with LLM pipelines, vector databases, RAG, and sentiment analysis.
• Ability to work with unstructured data and extract usable signals from messy inputs.
• Fluent German and English required for daily collaboration.
