Operations Associate II (Manufacturing)

Location: Aurora, Illinois, United States; onsite, second shift

What you will do

• Manufacture CMP pads using laminators, CNC equipment, die presses, and brush-cleaning equipment.
• Complete data entry, production records, quality testing, and inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production area while following plant safety initiatives and PPE requirements.
• Participate in 6S teams, lean manufacturing activities, and continuous improvement.
• Support cycle counts, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory, and other production tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and ability to perform data entry.
• Experience with email, Excel, and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Team-focused attitude, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand, kneel, crouch, walk, occasionally climb or balance, and intermittently wear a respirator.

• Additional manufacturing or related industry experience.
