VP of Product (AI)

Location: Remote (US); collaboration across UK/European and North American time zones

Annual base salary: $226,000–$303,000, plus variable pay and benefits

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap across RMM, MDM/UEM, remote access and support, helpdesk, ITAM, integrations, and the MSP channel.
• Lead the agentic AI strategy and develop AI-powered IT automation capabilities.
• Guide prioritization across execution speed, technical debt, customer needs, and strategic investments.
• Lead and grow a 15+ person product management organization across multiple geographies.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to improve pipeline, win rates, expansion, ARR growth, and retention.
• Represent Resolve with customers, executive stakeholders, industry forums, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3–5+ years at senior director or VP level.
• Experience scaling a B2B SaaS product through growth and organizational change.
• Background in IT management, endpoint management, or enterprise infrastructure, including RMM, UEM, MDM, or ITSM.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams toward measurable commercial outcomes such as ARR growth, retention, and pipeline.
• Experience with AI or agentic product development, including agentic system design.
• MSP channel experience and the ability to work across UK/European and North American time zones.
