Frontend Lead (AI)

hirify.global is a well-funded startup building a transformative, autonomous AI Production Engineer designed to investigate and fix complex system issues end-to-end.

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of frontend systems, taking full ownership of the user experience.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-facing features for engineers.
• Design scalable, performant frontend architecture for data-intensive visualizations and real-time interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and PMs to advocate for the end user.
• Prototype new features rapidly and contribute to UI quality through testing and component reuse.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Strong UX instincts with experience building developer tools, observability systems, or data-heavy applications.
• Experience designing and building reusable component libraries or design systems.
• Fluency in collaborating with backend teams on APIs and performance optimization.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Interest in AI, developer agents, or the impact of LLMs on product experience.
