Prompt Engineer (AI/LLM)

What you will do

• Design, prototype, and iterate AI agents and LLM workflows from ideation through execution.
• Monitor live systems using dashboards, A/B tests, and validation pipelines; investigate hallucinations and regressions and implement fixes.
• Write and maintain functions, APIs, tools, MCPs, and integrations in the product codebase.
• Build and maintain LLM-as-judge frameworks for continuous quality evaluation at scale.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, customer experience, and R&D stakeholders.

Requirements

• Native-level verbal and written English with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• BSc in Computer Science from a leading Israeli or international university.
• Demonstrated depth in AI, LLMs, and agentic systems, including areas such as MCP, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation harnesses, or tool use.
• Strong ownership, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with data to support decisions and understand business needs.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using LLM pipelines in a product context.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, or similar tools.
• Experience with chatbots or conversational AI products.
• Writing experience in copywriting, personal writing, or UX writing.
