hirify.global operates a large-scale democracy platform and is building Change.vote, an election information product designed to improve voter clarity, trust, and participation in the United States.

What you will do

• Build relationships with civic, advocacy, community, nonprofit, and other non-partisan organizations across target markets.
• Develop and manage distribution partnerships that drive traffic and adoption for Change.vote.
• Map local nonprofit ecosystems and prioritize organizations with voter engagement infrastructure.
• Recruit and manage campus representatives and coordinate outreach goals across assigned markets.
• Recruit endorsing organizations, navigate their approval processes, and collect endorsement data in existing formats.
• Track outreach pipelines in a CRM and share campaign learnings with the Marketing Team.

Requirements

• Existing civic or advocacy contacts, ideally at the local or field level.
• At least two campaign or advocacy cycles in organizing, field, political, communications, or marketing work.
• Ability to initiate cold outreach, close relationships independently, and adapt tactics without a rigid script.
• Experience managing volunteers or interns.
• Fluent and increasingly strategic use of AI.
• Must be based in the USA, California, for this remote role.
