What you will do

• Run creative growth campaigns across X, LinkedIn, Discord, and other channels to build awareness and convert technical audiences.
• Design, launch, and iterate growth loops that turn attention into active users and advocates.
• Identify new distribution channels, partnerships, and viral opportunities.
• Own the growth stack, including analytics, landing pages, and automation.
• Build a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and learning.
• Collaborate with founders, engineering, product, and research to communicate technical breakthroughs to developers and builders.

Requirements

• Experience moving quickly from ideas to measurable user adoption.
• Ability to write launch content, create landing pages, evaluate funnel metrics, and iterate on experiments.
• Strong understanding of social, product, community, and performance marketing.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible and compelling narratives.
• Interest in ambitious technical problems, elegant systems design, and AI-powered code generation.
