What you will do

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid marketing across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Research and execute SEO initiatives, including improving visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms.
• Create and launch use-case pages, case studies, GTM content, social creatives, and website content.
• Manage campaigns, track KPIs, analyze performance, report results, and iterate across channels.
• Shape hirify.global AI’s digital and real-world brand messaging and lead special initiatives such as product launches and awareness campaigns.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to grow a social media account, newsletter, website, or other project to a meaningful audience.
• Hands-on experience building or managing websites, creating content, or running marketing campaigns.
• Ability to independently design plans, execute projects, and operate with minimal oversight.
• Resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, creative, and able to learn quickly.
• Strong interest in building better, more human customer experiences with AI.
• Comfort with high standards, personal ownership, and an in-person work environment.
