Market Clinical Director

Location: Hybrid in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; must reside within daily commutable distance to Milwaukee, work on-site in Milwaukee clinics 3–4 days per week early on, and travel up to 20% to local markets across Wisconsin.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Own clinical quality, outcomes, documentation standards, and care delivery across the Wisconsin market.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop clinical managers, therapists, psychologists, and pre-licensed clinicians.
• Lead peer consultation, clinical reporting, root-cause analysis, and execution of corrective solutions.
• Maintain a limited patient caseload and provide psychological testing, diagnostic evaluations, and therapy for youth.
• Partner with market, operations, marketing, and community engagement leaders to build relationships with hospitals, schools, pediatrician groups, and payors.
• Support clinic expansion by building teams, systems, standards, and performance practices.

Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active psychologist license and residence within daily commuting distance of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
• Expertise in child and adolescent behavioral health evaluation, testing, and intervention.
• Experience leading clinical programs and managing provider teams in an Executive Director, Market Clinic Director, Program Director, or equivalent role.
• Experience supervising associate-level or postdoctoral clinicians and working with electronic health record systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, cross-functional influence, and performance-management skills.
