Senior Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site and in-person five days a week

Salary: $210,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Architect and build cohesive design systems across onboarding flows, product interfaces, and complex AI interaction experiences.
• Design polished experiences that support thousands of customer conversations daily.
• Shape the visual evolution of the website, marketing assets, pitch decks, and product UI.
• Set standards for intuitive, beautiful interfaces that make AI approachable and powerful.
• Design seamless experiences for complex multimodal interactions.
• Mentor designers and lead design decisions across significant product areas.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of design experience.
• Experience shipping complex, customer-facing products, ideally in a Series A–C startup.
• Strong design leadership, including mentoring, leading design decisions, or owning product areas from concept to launch.
• Deep expertise in modern design tools, design systems, or AI and technology product design.
• Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco office five days a week.

• Startup experience from Series A to C.
• Experience with notable or challenging AI and technology product design projects.
