Senior Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year

hirify.global is building the data and infrastructure layer for taste, including post-training data, reinforcement-learning environments, and context and verification tools for frontier AI models.

What you will do

• Design the core web application and creative AI tooling.
• Create brand surfaces across the website, launch assets, marketing, and social presence.
• Partner with the Design Engineer on the design system.
• Prototype new product directions alongside the founding design team.
• Set a high bar for visual quality across shipped products and brand work.

Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience at consumer or creative-focused companies.
• Experience spanning strong product design and brand work, with a distinctive visual point of view.
• Hands-on ownership of the full design process, from wireframes through high-fidelity and production-ready work.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with engineers.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience at companies such as Figma, Notion, Linear, Arc, Stripe, Vercel, Adobe, or Anthropic, or at a creative studio or tasteful startup.
• Interesting side projects and experience in creative-forward environments.
