APAC Regional Product Manager - DXC Integral (Insurance)

What you will do

• Execute the global Assure Integral roadmap across APAC while aligning delivery with regional priorities and regulatory needs.
• Act as a regional subject-matter expert for Assure Integral, supporting deal qualification, solution reviews, and client engagements.
• Support the design and configuration of insurance products, including benefits, riders, underwriting rules, pricing structures, and policy lifecycle events.
• Enable delivery and implementation teams through functional guidance, governance, and consistent adoption of Integral solutions.
• Capture product gaps, regional challenges, and client feedback for the global product roadmap.
• Promote standard product patterns, documentation, traceability, and reduced bespoke development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and product management with regional exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Life, Protection, Annuities, and/or P&C insurance, including APAC market practices and regulatory environments.
• Experience with Assure Integral or similar PAS platforms, including product configuration, policy lifecycle processes, and data structures.
• Experience in insurance, PAS delivery, data migration, and Agile delivery.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, roadmap and backlog management, JIRA, Confluence, AHA!, and enterprise platform constraints.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
