Insurance Product Manager (Global Payment)

What you will do

• Design and develop insurance products from concept through launch.
• Enable insurance sales and claims within e-commerce platforms.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, feature priorities, and launch plans.
• Develop platform capabilities including promotions, product recommendations, flexible pricing, and checkout processes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, customer service, and UX/UI teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, e-commerce, insurance product management, or a related role.
• Experience with end-to-end product management, including ideation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.
• Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience using data analytics tools such as Mixpanel or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of e-commerce and insurance industries, including user behavior on large-scale platforms or marketplaces.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, insurance, finance, a quantitative discipline, or a related field.

• Advanced degree or insurance certification.
• Experience with large-scale e-commerce platforms or marketplaces.
