What you will do
- Design and develop insurance products from concept to launch for the TikTok shop e-commerce platform.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the development of platform features to improve promotion capability and checkout processes.
- Use data analytics to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create engaging and intuitive shopping experiences.
- Work closely with technology, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in using data to drive decisions and proficiency in tools like Mixpanel.
- A deep understanding of e-commerce user behavior and a passion for creating solutions that delight customers.
- Experience with end-to-end product management processes.
- Good understanding of e-commerce and insurance industries.
- Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or insurance certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within an e-commerce industry, insurance product management, or a related role.
- Experience with large-scale e-commerce platforms or marketplaces.
