Director of Product Management (Insurance SaaS)

Location: Germany - Remote. If not already resident, candidates must have the right to work in Germany and be willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy for Germany across hirify.global’s cloud product suite.
• Research market and customer needs through direct interaction with German insurance customers.
• Contribute product insights to the German leadership team and broader EMEA business strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to apply platform capabilities to market needs and innovative solutions.
• Guide delivery efforts, manage priorities across multiple product streams, and advocate for effective resourcing.
• Represent product strategy and solution value in discussions with customer executives and business and technology leaders.

Requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a technical or business leadership role focused on technology-enabled innovation and transformation.
• Experience setting strategic goals and delivering them through planning and implementation with stakeholder visibility.
• Technical understanding of enterprise architectures and implementation, with the ability to engage as a peer in strategic discussions with engineering leadership.
• Enterprise software and product management experience, including complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development, strong decision-making, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and German, spoken and written; bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
