Insurance Solution Product Manager (Global Payment)

What you will do

• Lead insurance business growth and marketing across Southeast Asia.
• Drive the design, launch, delivery, and growth of insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with e-commerce stakeholders on insurance products, campaigns, and promotional features.
• Develop insurance marketing and promotion initiatives with insurers, brokers, agencies, reinsurers, and other institutions.
• Manage commercial negotiations related to insurance partnerships.

Requirements

• Strong general insurance domain knowledge and experience, especially in Southeast Asia.
• Understanding of e-commerce and digital platform business models, marketing campaigns, and key digital marketing metrics.
• Experience with insurance marketing collaboration models involving insurers, brokers, agencies, reinsurers, or similar institutions.
• Experience creating and distributing consumer products through direct-to-consumer or B2B2C models.
• 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in digital or embedded insurance.
