Senior Product Manager (Enterprise Asset Management & Agentic AI)

Location: Staines-upon-Thames, England, United Kingdom; hybrid balance of remote and in-office working.

What you will do

• Set product vision, roadmap, investment cases, and measurable outcomes for Enterprise Asset Management products.
• Lead discovery with maintenance, reliability, operations, turnaround, and capital-planning leaders.
• Embed agentic AI into shutdowns, turnarounds, outages, campaigns, and major capital projects.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, scale, adoption, and measurable customer value.
• Align Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around product delivery and outcomes.
• Support differentiation, pricing, packaging, launches, customer presentations, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, platform, or enterprise software environments.
• Deep knowledge of shutdowns, turnarounds, major capital projects, or similar project-based EAM activities.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management, maintenance and reliability, or asset-intensive operations.
• Ability to define and execute product strategy, conduct customer discovery, prototype, and validate solutions.
• Track record of launching and scaling products, using analytics, experimentation, and evidence to guide decisions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritisation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 55000, RCM, EHS/compliance, and asset data models such as work orders, asset hierarchies, and condition or IoT data.
• Experience with developer platforms, application frameworks, data services, or AI/ML-enabled enterprise applications.
• Exposure to pricing, monetisation, or P&L ownership.
• Experience working in global, distributed organisations across geographies.
