Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for two established broker products and a next-generation broker platform.
• Balance enhancements and operational support for existing platforms with product consolidation and modernization.
• Define legacy product migration and sunset strategies, including feature parity, customer sequencing, data portability, communications, and adoption milestones.
• Conduct discovery with investment sales brokers and capital markets teams to analyze workflows, pain points, buying drivers, and adoption barriers.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data, AI, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, launch, and improve product capabilities.
• Track product KPIs including listing volume, adoption, migration progress, campaign engagement, DAU/MAU, workflow completion, retention, customer satisfaction, and NPS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, workflow software, commercial real estate technology, fintech, data products, or a related software environment.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, prioritization, launch planning, and product performance metrics.
• Experience with customer discovery, workflow analysis, competitive research, product analytics, customer feedback, and business metrics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical judgment, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with commercial real estate brokers, investment sales, capital markets workflows, listing platforms, or deal marketing technology is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with legacy product modernization, platform migration, product consolidation, or major transformation initiatives.
• MBA, product management certification, real estate coursework, or related advanced education.
• Experience supporting pricing, packaging, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, or launch strategy.
• Experience mentoring junior product team members or guiding cross-functional stakeholders.
