Strategic Projects Lead (AI)

Location: San Mateo or New York, United States

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Identify and create strategic capabilities, including new go-to-market motions and standardized GTM playbooks.
• Build customer relationships and lead strategic engagements from initial sale through long-term success.
• Determine product roadmap needs and instrument end-to-end solutions.
• Own cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution, including partnerships and model launches.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment such as consulting, product management, software, or banking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, bias toward action, and high accountability.
• Ability to engage fluently with senior client and partner stakeholders.
• Technical fluency in AI, ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
• Track record of leading complex technical or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML infrastructure, inference systems, or AI platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise or strategic customers.
• Background in infrastructure, developer experience, or performance optimization initiatives.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
