Fullstack Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is a startup developing an AI platform for intellectual property workflows, including invention harvesting and patent generation.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy proprietary algorithms that improve the quality of generated patents.
• Build a high-scale evaluation framework for benchmarking proprietary AI models and guiding R&D.
• Research and implement advanced prompt-engineering methods to improve model performance.
• Work across the stack with Python, Postgres, TypeScript, and React to turn AI research into a seamless product experience.

Requirements

• Deep Python experience building and shipping AI solutions.
• Experience deploying algorithms or evaluation pipelines into production.
• Practical experience with prompt engineering and modern LLM architectures.
• Familiarity with Postgres, TypeScript, and React.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical decisions.

Nice to have

• Publications at NeurIPS, ICLR, or ICML.
• Experience with frameworks such as OpenAI Evals.
• Notable GitHub contributions or technically challenging side projects.
