AI Engineer (Fullstack) (LLMs, RAG, simulation): Building agent-first AI capabilities, simulation-driven workflows, and end-to-end logistics optimization features across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure with an accent on LLM agents, retrieval systems, and human-in-the-loop interfaces. Focus on designing agent orchestration, validating decision logic with synthetic data and scenario replay, and operating secure, observable, and reliable production services.

What you will do
- Design and build LLM-powered agents for planning, optimization, and decision-making workflows.
- Develop agent orchestration patterns, including tools, memory, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Build RAG pipelines, structured prompting, retrieval strategies, and simulation-driven validation using synthetic data, scenario replay, and state machines.
- Deliver end-to-end product features across Python and TypeScript backend services, REST or GraphQL APIs, and React frontend experiences.
- Create human-in-the-loop interfaces supporting review, override, and explainability.
- Own production services, including performance, reliability, observability, security, compliance, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.
Requirements
- Strong fullstack engineering background with deep backend capability and production experience in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience owning systems from concept through production in small, high-ownership teams.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, modern AI tooling, RAG systems, embeddings, vector search, and agentic patterns.
- Experience productionising AI or ML systems, including monitoring, failure-mode analysis, and iteration.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and collaborating with Product, Design, and engineering teams.
- Experience with React, APIs, cloud infrastructure, Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, SQL, and event-driven systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, optimization, or simulation-heavy domains.
- Background in data engineering or ML platforms.
- Experience building developer tools or internal platforms.
- Exposure to regulated or security-conscious environments.
