Maintenance Technician III - Filling (Days)

Location: West Chester, Ohio, USA; onsite maintenance work in manufacturing areas.

Salary: $24.00–$38.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance on process and filling equipment, including emergency repairs, inspections, rebuilds, changeovers, and line turnarounds.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, environmental monitoring, and automated equipment systems.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems and interpret diagrams, drawings, PLC code, and schematics.
• Install new equipment, support upgrades, and contribute to validation and continuous improvement projects.
• Train Production Operators on equipment setup, adjustments, and minor repairs.
• Complete work orders, batch records, GMP documentation, inventory controls, housekeeping, and 5S activities in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining and supporting equipment performance in a regulated production environment.
• Experience with automation systems such as PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Rockwell Inductive/Ignition, Aveva/Wonderware, Siemens, Emerson/GE, or B&R.
• Ability to understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment change parts, tooling, and maintenance materials.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems such as Maximo or SAP.
• Work authorization or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, engineering associate degree, or equivalent mechanical trade training.
• Experience with automated equipment and training in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, and electrical or mechanical testing.
• Knowledge of SAP, KRONOS, or other MRP and materials maintenance systems.
• Experience with OEE, TPM, LEAN, or other continuous improvement systems.
