Head of AML and KYC – Asia Pacific (Financial Crime)

What you will do

• Own the AML, KYC, and financial crime solution suites across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Translate regional AML market requirements and regulations into global product roadmap features.
• Develop go-to-market plans, support account expansion, and help commercial teams achieve AML and KYC ARR targets.
• Support pitches, business cases, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and customer-facing thought leadership.
• Guide delivery teams and senior client stakeholders toward high-value outcomes, customer satisfaction, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Analytics Assurance, Alliances, and regional functions to improve solutions and customer value.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of direct financial crime experience, with deep expertise in banking or the public sector.
• Strong AML subject-matter expertise and experience advising and influencing senior or executive stakeholders.
• Experience using technology and data to identify, investigate, and prevent financial crime.
• Solution- or consultancy-oriented approach to selling AML value, vision, and ROI.
• Confident presentation skills and the ability to act as an industry authority or thought leader.
• Willingness to travel within Asia-Pacific to meet regional clients and prospects.

Nice to have

• Experience with data, analytics, graph or network technology, entity resolution, and link analysis.
• Experience working autonomously on strategic objectives.
