Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with attendance at the London office approximately once a month, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for financial crime, operational effectiveness, and automation initiatives.
• Set squad vision and strategy, manage the product backlog, and make prioritisation trade-offs based on customer, business, risk, and operational value.
• Design and deliver financial crime and operational workflows across customer-facing and internal channels.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Improve AML, CTF, sanctions, fraud, and transaction monitoring capabilities in partnership with Financial Crime stakeholders.
• Drive workflow automation, case management improvements, rules optimisation, straight-through processing, and intelligent decisioning while tracking measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end product delivery across financial crime, operations, or automation.
• Strong understanding of financial crime, risk, and compliance requirements, including AML, CTF, sanctions, fraud, or transaction monitoring.
• Ability to convert complex business, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear product solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Technology, Data, Operations, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Experience using data, insight, experimentation, and dashboards to prioritise work and measure outcomes.
• Significant Product Management experience, ideally in banking, fintech, or another regulated environment, plus a degree-level qualification or equivalent practical experience.
