Senior Design Engineer (React)

hirify.global is building an AI business planning platform for CFOs and finance teams, combining real-time financial modeling with an AI calculation engine.

What you will do

• Build production user interfaces for the web application using React and TypeScript.
• Lead the design system, including tokens, components, theming, accessibility, documentation, and release workflows.
• Prototype product concepts in code, validate them with real data, and move successful ideas into production.
• Implement motion, micro-interactions, data visualizations, and resilient components translated from Figma.
• Improve UI performance through bundle hygiene, code splitting, rendering strategies, and perceived-latency improvements.
• Establish quality guardrails and mentor engineers and designers on interaction patterns and frontend systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building production web interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Strong CSS fundamentals, including responsive layouts, fluid typography and spacing, and motion.
• Experience with design systems, tokens, component architecture, Storybook, and documentation.
• Production data visualization experience with Recharts, D3, Visx, ECharts, or a similar tool.
• Knowledge of semantic HTML, WCAG basics, keyboard and screen-reader support, and automated accessibility checks.
• Figma fluency and the ability to take concepts from Figma to shipped code without heavy product-management oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience with Remix or Next.js, Tailwind, or shadcn/ui.
• Framer Motion experience for interaction design.
• WebGL or Canvas experience for advanced interactions.
• Visual regression and accessibility tooling in CI.
• Experience in fintech, analytics, or complex data products.
