Network Solutions Architect

Location: San Jose, California, United States; travel required as needed, approximately 30% of working hours

Salary: $225,000–$250,000 USD base salary

What you will do

• Define reference architectures integrating hirify.global RDU and networking into end-to-end data-center solutions.
• Support account teams in identifying opportunities for cloud, telecommunications, enterprise, AI, and LLM solutions.
• Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proofs of concept addressing customer business needs.
• Manage complex networking deployments and design-in opportunities from a technical project perspective.
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer-site networking performance issues and deliver technical training presentations.
• Provide engineering feedback on product requirements and evolution, supported by business evidence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering.
• Strong data-center, networking, or cloud application knowledge, including network topologies and L2/L3 Ethernet or comparable protocols.
• Understanding of system-level issues involving operating systems, Linux kernel drivers, PCIe devices, NICs, and hardware architecture.
• Technical presentation skills and confidence developing proofs of concept.
• Customer focus, strong time management, and the ability to balance competing deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-latency or high-bandwidth interconnects such as InfiniBand or Ethernet.
• Experience resolving critical customer issues and improving customer satisfaction.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Linux virtualization technologies such as KVM.
• Experience with GPU-accelerated systems administration, distributed or parallel computing, DevOps, or agentic AI.
