Electrical Manufacturing Engineer II

hirify.global develops construction technologies, including Titan printers and related manufacturing systems.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable, repeatable manufacturing processes for Titan printer and MCU production.
• Lead electrical assembly, wiring, integration, and factory acceptance testing across development and production phases.
• Develop quality systems, manage NRTL and CE certification activities, and implement data-driven process controls.
• Investigate failures and non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Create electrical test fixtures, harness verification jigs, work instructions, BOMs, routings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Lead cross-functional NPI, design review, configuration management, facility planning, and production ramp initiatives while mentoring electrical technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in a product-based or construction-focused environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts; familiarity with VFDs and servo drives.
• Experience with wire harness fabrication, cable management, connector termination, mechanical and electrical systems, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Experience with process documentation, quality standards, configuration management, and SolidWorks or other parametric CAD tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and provide hands-on troubleshooting in a factory environment.
