Operations Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Support Customer Solutions and Engineering operations across Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Confluence, and related tools.
• Identify workflow friction and improve processes through system configuration, documentation, and enablement.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering project status, resourcing, utilization, pipeline, and other performance metrics.
• Provide first-line support for operational systems, resolving issues or routing them to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and other operational tools.
• Partner with Operations and Analytics and other teams on requirements gathering, testing, rollout, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting delivery, services, customer-facing, or solutions engineering teams is preferred.
• Intermediate-to-advanced spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data modeling.
• Familiarity with Salesforce as an end user, including report and basic list-view creation.
• Strong organizational, written, verbal communication, and requirements-translation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive continuous process improvement.

Nice to have

• SQL experience querying a CRM or data warehouse.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, professional services automation, or project management platforms.
• Experience in customer-facing delivery, professional services, solutions engineering, SaaS, or recurring-revenue businesses.
