Engineer Integration & Yield

What you will do

• Identify, resolve, and improve process integration, yield, defect, and manufacturing issues.
• Support semiconductor manufacturing operations, development programs, new designs, and customer projects.
• Develop custom or derivative processes, module characterization methods, design rules, and process test structures.
• Perform project management, data analysis, product and process partitioning studies, and yield and defect characterization.
• Build defect source libraries and tool defect-source fingerprinting capabilities while driving continuous improvement plans.
• Document processes, assess failure modes, establish mitigation and detection measures, and support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical, process, and yield concerns.
• Commitment to working safely and responsibly and complying with environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.
