Sr Associate Engineer, Process Engineering (Fab1 Etch)

What you will do

• Develop and modify etch process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and assess process performance.
• Establish standard operating procedures and failure mode and effects analyses for related processes.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities with process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams on organizational goals.
• Support safe and responsible operations in line with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.

Requirements

• Higher education or specialized training or certification in a relevant technical field.
• Substantial understanding of process engineering and the skills to complete a variety of technical tasks.
• Experience applying technical knowledge to complex processes, systems, and equipment.
• Ability to identify problems, assess alternative solutions, and work effectively with defined resources.
• Ability to coordinate information exchange and collaborate with managers, co-workers, internal customers, and suppliers.
• Ability to provide informal technical support, on-the-job training, and constructive input to newer team members.
