What you will do
- Push the capabilities of world models beyond current diffusion and transformer approaches through new architectures and training paradigms.
- Take research ideas from hypothesis through experimentation to working prototypes.
- Design and run distributed training and inference systems to enable breakthroughs.
- Ship results into models that real users interact with.
- Contribute to the lab's scientific culture by publishing research and building reusable tools.
Requirements
- Must be based in Palo Alto, London, or Zurich.
- Deep technical expertise in generative modeling, video, multimodal learning, or large-scale ML systems.
- Proven track record of originating research or shipping systems at scale.
- Ability to work from first principles, defining problems and building minimal systems to prove feasibility.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments without precedent.
- Strong collaborative skills, thriving in small, autonomous, and fast-paced teams.
