What you will do
- Conduct research in LLM modeling, training, and scaling.
- Develop infrastructure for training and inference at scale.
- Design chip architecture and perform RTL design.
- Execute physical design, synthesis, and sign-off processes.
- Perform design verification for complex hardware systems.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in Palo Alto.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: LLM research, infrastructure, architecture design, or physical design.
- Proven experience in hardware development or AI research.
