Order Management Lead, SAP OTC (Order to Cash) (SAP)

Location: Primarily in-office at the Santa Clara, California office.

Annual base salary: $153,000–$191,000 USD. The role may also include incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash solutions, including Sales & Distribution, order management, pricing, and billing.
• Architect complex Configure-to-Order, Advanced Variant Configuration, serialization, and installed-base management workflows.
• Coordinate delivery across Finance, Accounts Receivable, Materials Management, Global Trade Services, Customer Service, and technical engineering teams.
• Analyze business data and process variability to identify bottlenecks, introduce automation, improve order accuracy, and reduce cycle times and custom code.
• Resolve complex system issues through root-cause analysis and translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration guides.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring and scaling SAP Sales & Distribution and leading full-lifecycle ERP implementations in global, multi-entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of Configure-to-Order, Advanced Variant Configuration, and SAP Fiori applications.
• Deep understanding of integration across Supply Chain, Materials Management, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively in sensitive technical situations.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara, California office, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
