Ecommerce Compliance Specialist

Location: Hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah, United States

What you will do

• Review and manage product listing content across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
• Audit product catalogs against marketplace policies and identify compliance violations.
• Monitor banned keywords, prohibited products, and notices from marketplace compliance departments.
• Determine responses to seller account issues, including Amazon Account Health performance notifications and plans of action.
• Research regulatory requirements and proactively troubleshoot potential compliance issues.
• Communicate issues and actionable solutions with seller, brand management, marketplace, and partner teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience with Amazon.com or in regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Amazon Account Health, including writing plans of action and responding to performance notifications.
• Experience working with government regulations or regulatory bodies such as the FDA, EPA, CPSC, or Health Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain precise attention to detail, exercise sound judgment, and uphold ethical standards.
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Walmart.com, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
• Experience with MAP/MSRP compliance enforcement.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Strong writing and editing skills or experience in a high-stakes business environment.
